Rifaah ibn Musa asked Abu Abdullah عليه السلام about a man who commits adultery before consummating his marriage with his wife. Should he be stoned? Imam عليه السلام replied: "No." I asked: "Should they be separated if he committed adultery before consummating the marriage?" Imam عليه السلام replied: "No."
