Hadith.5219 - Dawud ibn Sirhan narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام regarding a man who was carrying goods on his head and accidentally struck a person, causing death or breaking something.
Imam عليه السلام said: "He is not held liable (ma'mun)."
