5219 - وَ رَوَى دَاوُدُ بْنُ سِرْحَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ حَمَلَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ مَتَاعاً فَأَصَابَ إِنْسَاناً فَمَاتَ أَوْ كَسَرَ مِنْهُ شَيْئاً قَالَ "هُوَ مَأْمُونٌ".
Hadith.5219 - Dawud ibn Sirhan narrated from Abu Abdullah 
regarding a man who was carrying goods on his head and accidentally struck a person, causing death or breaking something.
Imam said: "He is not held liable (ma'mun)."
