Hadith #5647

5647 - وَ رَوَى اَلْبَزَنْطِيُّ عَنِ اَلْمُثَنَّى عَنِ اَلْحَسَنِ اَلصَّيْقَلِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ : قُلْتُ لَهُ اِبْنُ أَخٍ وَ جَدٌّ قَالَ "اَلْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَانِ".

Hadith.5647 - Al-Bazanti narrated from Al-Muthanna from Al-Hasan Al-Ṣayqal from Abu Abdullah who said: I asked Imam about a paternal nephew and a grandfather (regarding inheritance). Imam said: "The inheritance is divided equally between them, half and half."
