Hadith #5628

5628 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ عَنْ أَبِي اَلْحَسَنِ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ بَنَاتِ اَلاِبْنَةِ وَ جَدٍّ فَقَالَ "لِلْجَدِّ اَلسُّدُسُ وَ اَلْبَاقِي لِبَنَاتِ اَلاِبْنَةِ".

Hadith.5628 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Sa'd ibn Abi Khalaf from Abu Al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim who said: I asked Imam about the inheritance share of the daughters of a daughter and a grandfather. Imam replied: "The grandfather receives one-sixth, and the remainder goes to the daughters of the daughter."
