Chapter on the Inheritance of Grandfathers and Grandmothers
Hadith #2
رَوَى يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ:
"اَلْجَدُّ وَ اَلْجَدَّةُ مِنْ قِبَلِ اَلْأَبِ وَ اَلْجَدُّ وَ اَلْجَدَّةُ مِنْ قِبَلِ اَلْأُمِّ كُلُّهُمْ يَرِثُونَ".
Yahya ibn Abi Imran narrated from Yunus from a man who narrated from Abu Abdullah
عليه السلام
that he said:
"The grandfather and grandmother from the father's side and the grandfather and grandmother from the mother's side - all of them inherit."
