5590 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ اَلدَّيْلَمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى اَلرَّجُلِ اَلْغَرِيبِ بِبَعْضِ دَارِهِ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ قَالَ "يُقَوَّمُ ذَلِكَ قِيمَةً فَيُدْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ ثَمَنُهُ".
Hadith.5590 - Muhammad ibn Sulayman Al-Daylami narrated from his father, who narrated from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq .
He said: I asked Imam
about a man who donates part of his house to a stranger and then dies.
Imam
replied: "It should be appraised for its value, and its price should be given to him."
