5129 - وَ رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ رِئَابٍ عَنْ ضُرَيْسٍ اَلْكُنَاسِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "اَلْعَبْدُ إِذَا أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ عِنْدَ اَلْإِمَامِ مَرَّةً أَنَّهُ سَرَقَ قَطَعَهُ وَ اَلْأَمَةُ إِذَا أَقَرَّتْ عَلَى نَفْسِهَا عِنْدَ اَلْإِمَامِ بِالسَّرِقَةِ قَطَعَهَا".
Hadith.5129 - Ali ibn Ri'ab narrated from Ḍurays Al-Kunasi from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir 
who said:
"If a male slave confesses to theft once before the Imam, his hand is to be cut off.
Likewise, if a female slave confesses to theft before the Imam, her hand is to be cut off."
