Hadith #5128

5128 - وَ رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ سَرَقَ مِنْ بُسْتَانٍ عِذْقاً قِيمَتُهُ دِرْهَمَانِ قَالَ "يُقْطَعُ بِهِ".

Hadith.5128 - Ishaq ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah regarding a man who stole a cluster of dates from an orchard worth two dirhams. Imam said: "His hand is to be cut off for that."
