Chapter on the Legal Punishment for Slanderous Accusation
Hadith #3
وَ فِي خَبَرٍ آخَرَ قَالَ:
"إِنَّ اَلْعُذْرَةَ قَدْ تَسْقُطُ مِنْ غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ قَدْ تَذْهَبُ بِالنَّكْبَةِ وَ اَلْعَثْرَةِ وَ اَلسَّقْطَةِ".
In another narration, Imam
عليه السلام
said:
"Indeed, the hymen may be lost without intercourse; it can be lost due to injury, stumbling, or falling."
