Ibn Mahbub narrated from Hammad ibn Ziyad from Sulayman ibn Khalid from Abu Abdullah عليه السلامregarding a man who said to his wife after consummating the marriage, "I did not find you a virgin" Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no legal punishment upon him."
