Hadith.4492 - Ishaq ibn Ammar narrated from Abu al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim , who said: I asked him about a man who married a woman on the basis of giving her his slave and the slave's wife, and he delivered them to her. Then the slave's wife died while in the possession of the woman, and afterward, he divorced her before consummating the marriage. Imam said: "If he had evaluated their worth for her at the time of the marriage, then the second (the slave) should also be evaluated. After that, the remaining value of the original dowry at the time of the marriage should be assessed, and the woman must return it to the husband. Then the husband must give her half of what remains from that value."
