Hadith.4450 - Safwan ibn Yahya narrated from Abu Ja'far with reference to Mird'ah: I said to Abu Abdullah عليه السلام about a man who married a woman based on her terms but then died before she made her decision (regarding the terms). Imam عليه السلام said: "She is not entitled to a dowry (sadaq), but she inherits from him."
