4450 - وَ رَوَى صَفْوَانُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ بِمِرْدَعَةَ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ رَجُلٌ تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةً بِحُكْمِهَا ثُمَّ مَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحْكُمَ قَالَ "لَيْسَ لَهَا صَدَاقٌ وَ هِيَ تَرِثُ ".
Hadith.4450 - Safwan ibn Yahya narrated from Abu Ja'far with reference to Mird'ah:
I said to Abu Abdullah 
about a man who married a woman based on her terms but then died before she made her decision (regarding the terms).
Imam said: "She is not entitled to a dowry (sadaq), but she inherits from him."
