Hadith.4447 - In a narration by Jamil ibn Darraj:
Abu Abdillah was asked about a man who married a woman and then divorced her before consummating the marriage. Is it permissible for him to marry her daughter?
Imam
said: "The mother and the daughter are equal in this matter. If he did not consummate the marriage with one of them, the other is permissible for him."
