Hadith #4
وَ رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنِ اَلْعَبْدِ اَلصَّالِحِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ:
"مَنِ اِشْتَرَى بَيْعاً وَ مَضَتْ ثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَ لَمْ يَجِئْ فَلاَ بَيْعَ لَهُ ".
Ishaq ibn Ammar narrated from the Righteous Servant of Allah
سبحانه وتعالى
(Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim
عليه السلام
) who said:
"Whoever buys an item, and three days pass without him coming (to confirm or claim it), then the sale is void."
