Hadith.3763 - Imam was asked about a man who purchased a slave or an animal from another man and stipulated a condition for one or two days. If the slave dies, the animal perishes, or a defect occurs during that period, who is responsible for the loss? Imam said: "There is no liability on the buyer until the condition period ends and the sale becomes final."
