Abu Basir narrated from Abu Abdillah عليه السلامregarding the saying of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Almighty and Glorious: "Allah سبحانه وتعالى does not take you to task for what is unintentional in your oaths" (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:225). Imam عليه السلام said: "It refers to sayings like 'No, by Allah سبحانه وتعالى' and 'Yes, by Allah سبحانه وتعالى.'"
