Hadith #3
3993 - وَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ :
"آكِلُ اَلرِّبَا وَ مُؤْكِلُهُ وَ كَاتِبُهُ وَ شَاهِدَاهُ فِي اَلْوِزْرِ سَوَاءٌ".

bless him and his family) said:
"The one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, its recorder, and its two witnesses are equal in sin."
