Al-Ala narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim who report from one of Imams عليه السلام: I asked Imam عليه السلام about pledging collateral (Rahn) and having a guarantor (Kafil) in a deferred payment sale. Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no harm in it."
