Hadith.3832 - Aban narrated from Ismail ibn al-Fadl, who reported from Abu Abdillah : I asked him about a man who accepts responsibility for the payment of poll tax (jizyah) for individuals, the land tax (kharaj) for palm trees, crops, forests, hunting grounds, fish, and birds, while he does not know whether any of these will produce revenue or not. Can he purchase and accept responsibility for it, and at what time should he make such a purchase and agreement? Imam said: "If you know that at least one of these sources will yield income, then you may purchase and accept responsibility for it."
