Hadith.3790 - Al-Qasim bin Muhammad narrated from Ali bin Abi Hamzah, who said: I asked Abu Abdillah about a man who bought an orchard that contained palm trees and other trees, some of which had already borne fruit and others had not yet borne fruit. Imam said: "There is no harm in it if there are trees that have already borne fruit."
