Hadith #95

وَ سَأَلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يُعَالِجُ اَلدَّوَاءَ لِلنَّاسِ فَيَأْخُذُ عَلَيْهِ جُعْلاً قَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ".

Muhammad bin Muslim asked Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir , about a man who prepares medicine for people and takes a fee for it. Imam said: 'There is no harm in it.'
