Hadith #21

3586 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلنُّثَارِ مِنَ اَلسُّكَّرِ وَ اَللَّوْزِ وَ أَشْبَاهِهِ أَ يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ فَقَالَ "يُكْرَهُ كُلُّ مَالٍ يُنْتَهَبُ".

Hadith.3586 - It is narrated from Ali ibn Ja'far, from his brother Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim , who said: "I asked him about scattered treats such as sugar, almonds, and similar items-whether it is permissible to eat them. Imam replied: 'It is disliked to consume anything that is seized unlawfully.'"
