In the narration of Talhah ibn Zayd from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام from Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir عليه السلام who said that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib عليه السلام said: "The right of pre-emption is according to the number of men."
