Hadith.3259 - Abu Ayyub al-Khazzaz asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام about a man who transfers his debt to another man. Imam عليه السلام said: "He cannot revert the debt back to the original debtor under any circumstances, except if the transferee had already declared bankruptcy before the transfer."
