Chapter on a Woman Performing Hajj Without a Mahram or Guardian

Hadith #2

2911 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اَلْمَرْأَةِ تُرِيدُ اَلْحَجَّ وَ لَيْسَ مَعَهَا مَحْرَمٌ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لَهَا اَلْحَجُّ فَقَالَ «نَعَمْ إِذَا كَانَتْ مَأْمُونَةً ».

Hadith.2911 - In a narration from Hisham, from Sulayman ibn Khalid, from Abu Abdullah , regarding a woman who wants to perform Hajj but does not have a mahram (close male relative), he was asked: "Is it permissible for her to perform Hajj?" Imam said: "Yes, if she is trustworthy."
