It was said to Abu Abdullah عليه السلام: "A man takes funds for Hajj from someone, but he dies and leaves nothing behind." Imam عليه السلام said: "It suffices for the deceased, and if he had a Hajj recorded with Allah سبحانه وتعالى, it will be credited to the one who provided the funds."
