Chapter on What is Obligatory for One Who Circumambulates or Performs Any of the Rites Without Ablution
Hadith #1
رُوِيَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ:
«لاَ بَأْسَ بِأَنْ تَقْضِيَ اَلْمَنَاسِكَ كُلَّهَا عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ إِلاَّ اَلطَّوَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَ اَلْوُضُوءُ أَفْضَلُ ».
It is narrated from Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar that Abu Abdullah
عليه السلام
said:
"There is no harm in completing all the rituals without being in a state of wudu, except for the tawaf around the Kaaba. However, performing wudu is better."
