Hafs ibn al-Bakhtari narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلامregarding someone who entered Ihram at Masjid al-Shajarah and then had intercourse with his spouse before reciting the Talbiyah. Imam عليه السلام said: "There is nothing upon him [no penalty]."
