Hadith #8
وَ رَوَى حَفْصُ بْنُ اَلْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ:
«اَلْمُتْعَةُ وَ اَللَّهِ أَفْضَلُ وَ بِهَا نَزَلَ اَلْقُرْآنُ وَ جَرَتِ اَلسُّنَّةُ إِلَى يَوْمِ اَلْقِيَامَةِ ».
Hafs ibn al-Bakhtari narrated from Abu ‘Abdillah
عليه السلام
that he said:
"By Allah
سبحانه وتعالى
, Tamattu‘ is better, and it is through it that the Qur’an was revealed, and the Sunnah continues with it until the Day of Resurrection."
