Hadith.3075 - Ibn Muskan narrated from Abu Basir, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah about a man who purchased a ram, and it perished.
Imam
said: "He should purchase another in its place."
I said: "What if he purchases another in its place and then finds the first one?"
Imam
replied: "If both are alive, he should slaughter the first one and sell the other, or if he wishes, he may slaughter it as well. If he has already slaughtered the second one, then he should slaughter the first one along with it."
