Hadith.3022 - Abu Basir asked Imam Abu Abdullah about a person leaving during the first departure (nafr al-awwal).
Imam
replied: "He may leave anytime between now and when the sun begins to turn yellow. However, if he does not depart until the time of sunset approaches, then he should not leave. Instead, he should stay the night in Mina, and when morning comes and the sun has risen, he may then depart whenever he wishes."
