Hadith.3025 - Jamil ibn Darrāj narrated from Imam Abu Abdullah , who said:
"There is no harm if a man departs during the first departure (al-Nafr al-Awwal) and then stays in Mecca."
Imam
also said, "My father
used to say: 'Whoever wishes may throw the pebbles (at the Jamarat) during the height of the day and then depart.'"
The narrator asked: "Until when can the Jamarat be thrown?"
The Imam
replied: "From the height of the day until sunset. And whoever hunts (game) has no right to depart during the first departure (al-Nafr al-Awwal)."
