Hadith #5

1888 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ اَلنُّعْمَانِ عَنْهُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَفْطَرَ يَوْماً مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ «كَفَّارَتُهُ جَرِيبَانِ مِنْ طَعَامٍ وَ هُوَ عِشْرُونَ صَاعاً ».

Hadith.1888 - Muhammad ibn al-Nu'man narrated from Imam that he was asked about a man who broke his fast for one day in the Month of Ramadan. Imam said: "His expiation is two jars (jariban) of food, which is equivalent to twenty sa'."
