Sa'd ibn Sa'd narrated from al-Ridha عليه السلامregarding a traveler to Mecca or elsewhere, asking if the traveler is obligated to perform the Eid prayers (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha). He (Imam عليه السلام) said: "Yes, except in Mina on the Day of Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha)."
