Hadith.1397 - It is narrated: "The carriers of the Throne today are four: One of them is in the form of a rooster, who seeks sustenance from Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Exalted, for the birds; Another is in the form of a lion, who seeks sustenance from Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Exalted, for the wild animals; Another is in the form of a bull, who seeks sustenance from Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Exalted, for the livestock; And one is in the form of a human being, who seeks sustenance from Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Exalted, for the children of Adam. On the Day of Resurrection, they will become eight, as Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Exalted, has said: 'And the Throne of your Lord عز وجل will be borne above them, on that Day, by eight' (Surah Al-Haqqah 69:17)."
