Washing of the Deceased

Hadith #344

344 - وَقَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: «إِنَّكُمْ تُلَقِّنُونَ مَوْتَاكُمْ: لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اَللَّهُ عِنْدَ اَلْمَوْتِ وَ نَحْنُ نُلَقِّنُ مَوْتَانَا مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ.

Hadith.344 - Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir said: "You instruct your deceased to say 'There is no god but Allah ' at the time of death, while we instruct our deceased to say 'Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah .'".
