Hadith.200 - It is reported (from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام ) narrated:
'If a man has intercourse with a woman while She is menstruating, he should give charity to a needy person in an amount sufficient to satisfy their hunger.'.
If a man has intercourse with his slave while She is menstruating, he should give three measures (amdad) of food as charity. This applies if the intercourse was vaginal; if it was not vaginal, there is no penalty upon him.
