Excessive love and baseless blame lead to ruin

Hadith #595

٤٦٩. وَقَالَ (عليه ‏السلام): يَهْلِكُ فِيَّ رَجُلاَنِ: مُحِبٌّ مُفْرِطٌ، وَبَاهِتٌ مُفْتَرٍ.

469. Amīr al-mu’minīn, peace be upon him, said: Two types of persons will fall into ruin over me: The one who loves exaggerates and the other who lays false and baseless blames.
