1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad and al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad all from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Aban from Shu’ayb who has said the following:

“Abu ’Abd Allah , has said, ‘Whatever you gain by means of assets, pay Zakat thereof and whatever you receive as inheritance or gift, pay Zakat thereof after a year passes.’”
