17. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from his father from al-Qasim ibn ‘Urwah from abu al-‘Abbas al-Fadl ibn ‘Abd al-Malik who has said the following:
“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Prayers are answered in four conditions and instances of time: One is the prayer during one’s doing Salah (prayer) of Witr, after Salah (prayer) of Fajr (Morning Prayer), after Salah (prayer) at noon time and upon completion of Salah (prayer) of Maghrib (after sunset).”’
