14. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id who has said the following: “Ya‘qub ibn Yaqtin narrated to me saying, ‘I once asked the virtuous servant of Allah about Qunut (supplication after recitation in second Rak‘at) in al-Witr, the morning Salah (prayer) and Salah (prayer) which is said aloud before Ruku‘ (bowing down on one’s knees) or after Ruku‘. He (the Imam) said,
‘It is before Ruku‘ when you complete your recitation.’”
