12. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Salih ibn Sa‘id from Yunus from ibn Muskan from abu Basir from who has said the following: “I once asked him (the Imam) , about a man who joins an Imam when he is saying Salam. He (the Imam) said, ‘He is not required to repeat Adhan. He can join them with their Adhan, however if he finds them leaving, he then repeats Adhan.’”
