1. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr and Hammad from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ’Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘Women while experiencing Hayd (menses) have permission to recite al-Quran and praise Allah.
