Ja`far b. Muhammad b. Masrur narrated to us. He said: Al-Husayn b. Muhammad b. `Amer narrated to us from his uncle `Abdullah b. `Amer from Sharif b. Sabiq al-Taflisi from al-Fadl b. Abi Qurra al-Samnadi. He said:

I heard Aba `Abdillah say: There was a famine among the Children of Israel, to the point where they would exhume the dead and eat them. So, they exhumed a grave, and they found a tablet, upon which it was written: “I am so-and-so the prophet. The one who exhumes my grave is an Abyssinian. We saw what we accomplished, we won what we consumed, and we lost what we left behind.”
