Muhammad b. Bukran al-Niqash narrated to us in Kufa. He said: Ahmad b. Muhammad al-Hamadani the servant of Bani Hashim narrated to us. He said: Al-Mundhir b. Muhammad informed us. He said: Ahmad b. Rashid narrated to me from his uncle Sa`id b. Khathim from Abi Hamza al-Thumali. He said:

I went on Hajj, so I met `Ali b. al-Husayn , and he said to me: O Aba Hamza! Shall I not tell you about a dream that I had? I saw that it was as though I had entered Paradise, and I was met by a dark-eyed beauty, and I have never seen anyone more beautiful than her. I reclined until I heard a speaker saying: “O `Ali b. al-Husayn! Congratulations to you on Zayd. O `Ali b. al-Husayn! Congratulations to you on Zayd, congratulations to you on Zayd.” Abu Hamza said: Then, I went on Hajj afterwards. I went to `Ali b. al-Husayn and I knocked on the door. It was opened to me, so I entered. I came across him holding Zayd with his hand – or he said: holding a boy with his hand. So, he said to me: O Aba Hamza, “This is the interpretation of my vision from before. My Lord has made it come true.” (12:100)
