Al-Hasan b. `Abdullah b. Sa`id al-`Askari narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. Ahmad b. Hamdan al-Qushayri narrated to us. He said: Ahmad b. `Isa al-Kilabi narrated to us. He said: Musa b. Isma`il b. Musa b. Ja`far b. Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn b. `Ali b. Abi Talib narrated to me in 205 AH. He said: My father narrated to me from his father from his grandfather Ja`far b. Muhammad from his father from his forefathers from `Ali b. Abi Talib . He said: The Messenger of Allah (s) said:

Whoever recites, after the Friday prayer, the Fatiha once, qul huwallahu ahad seven times, the Fatiha once, qul a`uthu bi rabb al-falaq seven times, the Fatiha once, and qul a`uthu bi rabb al-nas seven times will not be afflicted with a calamity or a temptation until the next Friday. If he says: “O Allah! Make me from the people of Paradise, which is filled with blessing and is built by angels, with our Prophet Muhammad (s), and our father Ibrahim . (Allahumma ja`alni min ahl al-jannati lati hushuha baraka wa `ammaraha mala’ika ma` nabiyyina Muhammadan salla llahu `alayhi wa aalih wa abina Ibrahim `alayhis salam)”, Allah will make him among Muhammad and Ibrahim in the Abode of Peace – may the blessings of Allah be upon Muhammad and Ibrahim and their pure families.
