Ahmad b. al-Hasan al-Qattan narrated to us. He said: Abu Bakr Ahmad b. Muhammad b. `Abda al-Nishapuri narrated to us. He said: Abu’l Qasim Harun b. Ishaq narrated to us. He said: My uncle Ibrahim b. Muhammad narrated to us from Ziyad b. `Alaqa and `Abd al-Malik b. `Umayr from Jabir b. Samura. He said: I was with my father in the presence of the Prophet (s). I heard him say:

There will be twelve emirs after me. Then, his voice went soft. So, I said to my father: What did the Messenger of Allah (s) say softly? He said: He said: All of them are from Quraysh.
