Ḥadīth #7

:122

7 - قال: وقال الرضا (عليه السلام) في قول الله عزوجل: (هو الذي يريكم البرق خوفا وطمعا (7)، قال: خوفا للمسافر، وطمعا للمقيم (8).

And al-Rida (a.s) said, regarding the saying of Allah, “It is He who shows you lightning in both fear and hope.” (13:12) He said: Fear for the traveller, and hope for the settler.
