8 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ الْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ مَنْ زَارَ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) مِنْ شِيعَتِنَا لَمْ يَرْجِعْ حَتَّى يُغْفَرَ لَهُ كُلُّ ذَنْبٍ- وَ يُكْتَبَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ خَطَاهَا وَ كُلِّ يَدٍ رَفَعَتْهَا دَابَّتُهُ أَلْفُ حَسَنَةٍ وَ مُحِيَ عَنْهُ أَلْفُ سَيِّئَةٍ- وَ تُرْفَعُ لَهُ أَلْفُ دَرَجَةٍ
8. Muḥammad ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ḥimyari narrated to me from his father, from ‘Ali ibn Muḥammad ibn Sālim, from Muḥammad ibn Khālid, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Ḥammād Al-Basri, from ‘Abdillāh ibn ‘Abdil Raḥmān Al-Asam, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Muskān, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq ) said: Those of our Shia who go to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain
will not return without all of their sins having been forgiven. Allāh will register one thousand good deeds and erase one thousand bad deeds for every step they take or their sumpters take. He will also elevate their status one thousand times (for every step taken).
