أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی یَعْقُوبُ بْنُ یَزِیدَ عَنْ أَبِی مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَنْصَارِیِّ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْحَثَی فَقَالَ الْحَثَی حَرَامٌ وَ شَارِبُهُ کَشَارِبِ الْخَمْرِ.
17. My father 
said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah who said it was narrated to me by Ya’qub b. Yazid from Abi Muhammad al-Ansari from Ibn Sinan from Abi Abdillah 
who said: The narrator asked Imam Ja’far Sadiq regarding alcohol (Khunsa). Imam replied,
“Khunsa is prohibited and one who drinks it, is like one who drinks wine.”
